Cerise Bakehouse

REFUND POLICY

Should you need to postpone or cancel your event, Cerise Bakehouse will endeavor to accommodate the change.

Deposits, constituting 50% of the total cost, are non-refundable. However, with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, you can receive a credit for the deposit, which can be applied to a new booking date. Failure to provide sufficient notice or cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, necessitating a new deposit for rescheduling.

Please note that once your initial deposit has been made, we do not allow for reductions in the order. This policy is in place because we plan our schedule around the size and complexity of each order and may decline other potential orders based on these commitments.

In view of our business’s nature, Cerise Bakehouse reserves the discretion to decline refunds, replacements, or exchanges for any of our consmable products if the customer has reconsidered their purchase or made an imprudent choice. We strongly recommend careful consideration before finalizing your purchase.

Additionally, Cerise Bakehouse retains the right to withhold refunds, replacements, or exchanges for any consumable products if the customer discovers damage, whether accidental or otherwise, after collection or delivery.
